We ensure all of our staff at all levels has an understanding in quality policy. It is communicated throughout the organization using various methods such as, regular training, discussion and reinforcement at management review meetings. The Quality Policy is also reviewed for continuing suitability at scheduled management review meetings. GMAT has established a reputable position in the local market throughout years of relentless efforts in serving its clients. In order to maintain and to ensure the continuity of its quality policy to provide clients with products/services that completely satisfy their needs and to maintain the continuous improvement in the process and in the customer satisfaction, GMAT is committed to achieve the objectives of implementing and maintaining a Quality management system that satisfies the requirements of the ISO9001: 2015 International Standard through the participation of all its employees. To ensure that this objective is always achieved, GMAT has appointed a Quality Management Representative who is delegated the responsibility and authority of maintaining the Quality Management system according to the requirements of the ISO9001:2015 International standard. GMAT has identified the process needed for the quality management system, these processes are established and monitored regularly. In order to ensure that GMAT policy is implemented and understood at all levels within our organization, GMAT also reviews the internal training requirements during its managements review meetings and art time when new procedures or practices are brought into effect. Moreover, teamwork is encouraged throughout all the processes. Consideration is also given at management review meetings and general meetings to resources required to meet GMAT policy. Resources examined include equipment’s, machine, instruments materials and our most precious commodity-personals. GMAT is committed to continuous improvement in its quality system and that is achieved through monitoring and review of quality objectives, in addition to the corrective and preventive actions and the management review meetings. |
